Partnering a Hervey Bay Business Network Luncheon
As a member of the Hervey Bay Business Network,you will have the opportunity to partner lunches as the presenting sponsor, giving you access to the wider business community's key contacts, as well as establishing yourself as a strong corporate citizen.
There will only be 4 lunches per year, and as such, a very limited opportunity to become involved in a partnership program. The package for luncheon partners is as follows:
Full logo recognition and naming rights on all media releases and promotional adverts for the applicable luncheon including a minimum media promotional value of $2,500 within The Hervey Bay Independent Newspaper.
Full logo recognition on all ticketing, program and menu information.
Ability for your company representative to address the audience for a 5 minute presentation and to relay messages about your firm. This includes a full AV presentation designed on your behalf by The Hervey Bay Business Network.
Continuous rotation of your company's logo and information on large screen during the luncheon.
Ability for signage at the event, promotional material at every place setting,and giveaway promotional items.
10cm x 7 col strip advert on the base of the social pictures page, published after your relevant luncheon.
$1,000 cheque to charity, donated to the charity of choice for your luncheon.
