The Hervey Bay Business Network is the Fraser Coast region’s premier business networking and charity fundraising group.
An initiative of the Hervey Bay Independent Newspaper, the network boasts more than 150 members across a wide range of small, medium and large organisations as well as civic and political leaders.
The philosophy behind the Hervey Bay Business Network is to provide first-class networking opportunities for Fraser Coast businesspeople while raising vital funds for worthwhile local charities.
A cornerstone of the networking opportunities are the quarterly luncheons held in the Charlton Ballroom at the award-winning Peppers Pier Resort featuring sought after professional keynote speakers and celebrities.
The Network has no political affiliations or agendas to push except for uniting and strengthening business for a great cause.
The Network will return more than $50,000 per year in cash and marketing donations to local charities each and every year and have already assisted charities including The Salvation Army and the Hervey Bay Hospital Children’s Ward.
The benefits of membership are significant and the popularity of the Hervey Bay Business Network is testimony to the concept.
Membership is accepted in June of each year and new members are welcome.
